We are moving forward together towards the energy transition
Renewable hydropower is a reliable, versatile, and low-cost source of green electricity production and responsible water management. Our hydropower plants contribute to accelerating the Energy Transition by providing essential energy, storage, flexibility, and climate change mitigation.
ENGIE Hidroelétricas do Douro was established in 2020 with the objective of ensuring the operation and maintenance of six hydroelectric projects implemented in the Trás-os-Montes region and whose concessions belong to Movhera.
